Outing to the Centro & National Palace 09

We took the North American's out to speak a little Spanish in Central Park. We visited the National Palace and the Centro. A colorful vendor showing Dad her wares.

National Palace ballroom (above) for dignitaries. Chandelier with national quetzal birds on top
Looking over a courtyard at the Palace (like the White House)

I am fascinated when we see herds of goats in the middle of the city.

Missionaries warming up to talking with the people and sharing a message in Spanish.

Looking across the plaza on a beautiful day.

Our sister trio sharing with a mother and daughters.

It's time for another blog post, Mama. I love seeing these pictures of the adventures your having...and your everyday life in Guate. It makes us feel not so far away to see what you're up to.

Love and miss you!
